A cold, wet and windy morning couldn’t stop the excitement as children from St Paul’s, Lacock Primary, Redland Primary, Ivy Lane Primary, St Peter’s Primary, and Monkton Park came together for CSP’s Summer Scavenger Hunt, and what a morning it turned out to be!
Working in buzzing groups of five, each supported by an enthusiastic Sports Leader, the children dashed off across the field in search of butterflies, cuddly toys, themed clues and everything they needed to complete a full house.
They brought energy, team spirit, and endless running legs, so much so that even staff members joined in, racking up some very impressive step counts along the way!
As the morning went on, the clouds lifted, the sun made a welcome appearance, and the smiles grew even brighter. It was wonderful to see pupils from across the partnership laughing, sprinting, searching, and celebrating together.
A huge thank you goes to all the staff who organised their schools to take part, and an even bigger well done to every child and Sports Leader who braved the weather and made the event such a joyful success.
The Summer Scavenger Hunt was a brilliant reminder of what makes our partnership special — teamwork, positivity, and a whole lot of fun.
