Another beautiful day for the annual cricket festival hosted by Chippenham Cricket Club. Last year saw a shift in the rules, using the new and more exciting dynamo cricket format! As the games got under way we saw lots of amazing hits, either from bowled balls, or through the free hits! It was great to see teams celebrating many boundaries, wickets and catches as they tried to build up their run score.
It has been lovely see to see how much more confident pupils seem to be with cricket as it really is a fantastic sport. Many thanks to Ali Goddard, Wiltshire Cricket legend, for all that he does in organising this festival.
