Today, our young Primary Wellbeing Champions took part in an exciting and enriching event, filled with activities designed to promote physical and mental health. The children had the opportunity to engage in a variety of sessions, including fitness suite workouts, yoga, and fun wellness activities.
Each session provided valuable techniques and skills that the children can take back to their schools and implement within their own communities. Whether learning new fitness routines or practicing calming yoga poses, the children left equipped with tools to enhance both their physical wellbeing and emotional resilience when working with others.
