The Chippenham Sports Partnership were lucky enough to have an honorary member for the week! Jessie Wills has been playing football since she was 8 years old and is now attending Hartpury College and playing for England Colleges. Jessie spent the week visiting some of our primary schools and led football sessions to inspire a younger generation of female footballers.
In the sessions pupils practised a range of skills from passing to dribbling and also had the chance to try applying these into games. It was amazing to see the way the pupils responded to Jessie, and how they looked up to her – she is a worthy role model. Well done to everyone who took part in these sessions, we saw some awesome effort and energy throughout the week. Thank you to Jessie for giving up her time – we all look forward to hearing about more successes as you progress through your football journey.
