The curtain has closed on this year’s Lights, Camera, Action! Dance Festival, and what a truly spectacular showcase it was! Over two magical evenings, 14 primary schools, three secondary schools and Silverwood – took to the stage, delivering show-stopping performances at the iconic Neeld Hall.
The festival celebrated the incredible talent, confidence, and creativity of our young dancers, with each performance lighting up the stage. From high-energy street dance routines to beautifully choreographed contemporary pieces, every routine was a testament to the dedication of the children and their fantastic teachers who worked so hard to bring their ideas to life.
A special mention must go to our primary school comperes, who took on the role of hosting the festival with professionalism and confidence, guiding the audience through each night with charm and enthusiasm.
